for Santa,

as promised is (some of) my Christmas list. I've attached the items that are in fight for the top spot and boy is there some cute competition!

1 - 'Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit' by Nike
2 - 'Keepsakes/Beige Eyes' by MAC
3 - 'cable knit jumper' by Mango
4 - 'cable knit mittens' by Topshop
5 - 'Little Bits of Neon Mini Nail Lacquer Collection' by OPI
6 - 'black jacquard pyjama playsuit' by River Island

1st is the second most stunning pair of Nike trainers to grace the earth (the first most stunning pair are in my wardrobe already - lucky for me!). These are a part of the Nike Flyknit range, which I only recently warmed to. Initially I took a distaste towards the collection, I think because they are so different and so daring. However, with time I have fallen in love with the shoe. There are a few colours with which I would be happy to flaunt, but this particular pair run as my favourite. So many of my Nikes can boast that they are bright and bold, so this pair being a little more subtle was somewhat attractive to me. While I'm not a particularly pinky person, I love this shade and how it works with the grey.

Second on my list is one from the many stunning MAC Christmas collections. This admirable little set is their Keepsakes/Beige Eyes that comes complete with a small angled brush and a fluff brush also. The 8 shades are gorgeous alone or together, and are displayed in the equally beautiful mirrored compact. I don't normally do much for eye make up - I usually just focus on accomplishing lengthy lashes - so I thought this to be a perfect opportunity to add a bit of literal sparkle to my eye routine.

3rd is a really lovely cable knit jumper from Mango. While I find many knitted jumpers to look the same as the next, this particular one offers a slightly different design in terms of texture, which in turn creates a more unique feel to it. I also love the colour of the knit, a favoured shade of mine but one that is not seen too much. In addition to all this is the comfort the product offers in being 100% cotton - no itchy issues to be had here!

Although pretty mundane, #4 on my list is these pretty plain pair of mittens. These chunky cable knit beauts are perfect to pair with just about anything, making their practicality extend from warmth to wear. Much of my wardrobe is black which means that these will match perfectly. Having said this, even when playing with different colours in an outfit, these will fit with almost everything.

5th is this pretty little OPI set. Their Little Bits of Neon collection is fit to brighten up any dark winter day and will be even more beneficial in the spring and summer months, making this a most valuable buy. What I love about OPI is that you know you're getting great quality in addition to their incredible colour palette.

last but not at all least on my list is this super dapper pair of pyjamas. River Island have always been good for nightwear and again they have delivered. They have so many stunning sets in in their A/W collection, but for me these top the lot. The black jacquard pattern is a match made in heaven for its silk material, paired with a lovely, striking white lining. That it's a playsuit adds to it a drop of fun to ensure that it ticks every little box there is.

While I'm fairly definite in my decisions, it's inevitable that there'll be some additions to my colourful little list. Should this happen I'll keep you posted!
