a treat for my 21st

To celebrate my birthday my boyfriend and I spent an adorable little weekend in London. We stayed at Malmaison for only one night and wish we could have been there longer! Upon arrival (and departure) the staff were really friendly and the hotel on the whole was lovely. It's a really nice building with even nicer interior. We were accommodated on the 3rd floor as requested in a stunning standard double room. We loved that every detail had been considered - it was full of lovely little touches. It was really clean and comfortable and came with everything we needed. The check in and check out times were perfect for us and we were so grateful that we were able to leave our bags there on our day of departure and collect them later. The hotel is really close to the Barbican underground station which we found especially useful. We were delighted with our stay and would definitely return!
