My mum, cousin and I fancied a little girly trip somewhere not too far and decided that we'd see what York had to offer.

I was responsible for finding us somewhere to stay and concluded that 'Clearly Apartments Bootham York' looked like our best bet. The apartment is in a brilliant location which means the famous sites of York are only just around the corner from you! With a ten minute walk you'll find yourself in the centre of the city - surrounded by historic attractions, the cutest cafes and a great area for shopping. We found the apartment to be especially clean and really well equipped. The staff were really friendly and equally helpful too. We were really grateful that they could hold our luggage for us on our first and final day so that we could wander round without it on our arms.

We really had the best time in York and found that 3 days was the perfect amount of time for us. We saw all the ins and outs of the beautiful city, giggled endlessly in Rainbows Ceramics Painting Studio and made complete fools of ourselves in the most adorable little independent restaurant.

I can't wait for our next lil adventure!
