a fine Cardiff find

A divine little restaurant in the city of Cardiff.

Asador 44 was launched in Spring and stands as a humble little Spanish spot. The menu is small but full of flavour. The interior follows this theme - simple but effective. Our steak was fresh from Spain and had been dry-aged for 45 days. Within only a few bites we had decided it was the nicest steak we had ever tasted. It was absolutely delicious.
